Return Policy

Print Items Return Policy (Business Cards and Print Items)

Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment processes, we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds of an order from the Business Cards, Associate Design Center, Sales Tools or Print items category on the Shop Viridian website (www.shopviridian.com) once an order has been approved online and placed in our system. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. We fulfill printing and custom product orders automatically from our website, therefore, no one will review or verify the accuracy or visual correctness of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. Shop Viridian will not be responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order.

The only exception to this policy would be if Viridian Network makes changes to our product offerings or policy, which results in a decision that makes the printed marketing material purchased no longer compliant. In these cases, we will accept even exchanges on items that were purchased no more than 30 days from the date the change was made or compliant materials were released. The item(s) must be returned in the same quantity as the original purchase quantities (i.e. 25 pack, 50 pack, etc.). Customers are required to pay the necessary shipping costs to return the item to Shop Viridian to the address below. Exchanges will be processed with either an exact or equivalent compliant version once the item has been received by the warehouse. You will then be contacted by a Shop Viridian support representative to authorize the exchange product to be shipped at your expense. In the case of digitally downloaded items from the Associate Design Center, you will be able to receive a credit for a new file download by contacting a Shop Viridian support representative at 866-279-6866. The original downloaded item must have been processed no more than 30 days from the date the change was made or compliant materials were released before the credit can be issued.

Apparel and Promo Items Return Policy

ShopViridian offers a refund or exchange policy for store items listed in the apparel and SWAG categories (www.shopviridian.com) within 30 days of the date received.

Exchanges: Exchanges will be offered for the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging and associated tags. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Shop Viridian - a return label will be provided to you by a Shop Viridian support representative. Please allow 30 days for the exchange process to be completed.

Refunds: Refunds, minus a 10% restocking fee, will be offered for the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging and associated tags. Customers are required to pay the necessary shipping costs to return the item to Shop Viridian. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by the warehouse and the item has been determined to be in acceptable condition.

Returns and Exchanges must be shipped to the Shop Viridian warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah and CANNOT be dropped off at any local Shop Viridian Fulfillment Center or the Viridian Corporate office.
